These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the 5StepAds website and your purchase of any products or services offered by 5StepAds (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About Us
5StepAds is a digital marketing agency based in Malaysia providing ad content creation, Meta Ads management, WhatsApp AI chatbot systems, and online courses. Our registered contact email is admin@5stepads.com.
2. Products and Services
We offer:
- Digital Marketing Services — Ads content, Meta Ads setup & management, and WhatsApp AI chatbot setup. Service scope and deliverables are defined in the proposal or service agreement shared with you separately.
- Online Courses and Digital Products — Educational materials accessible through our Learn platform. These are delivered digitally and access is granted upon confirmed payment.
3. Orders and Payment
All prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Payments are processed securely by Billplz Sdn Bhd. Your order is confirmed only upon successful payment verification from Billplz. We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment is not successfully received.
4. Refund Policy
Digital products and online courses
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by Malaysian consumer protection law. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it promptly.
Marketing services
Refund terms for service engagements are defined in the individual service agreement. Generally, fees paid for work already completed are non-refundable.
To raise a refund request or report a billing issue, contact admin@5stepads.com with your order reference.
5. Digital Course Access
Upon confirmed payment, access to your purchased course is granted to the email address provided at checkout. Course access is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, resell, copy, or redistribute course materials in any form.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue course content at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of any significant changes.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, course materials, videos, and software — is the property of 5StepAds or its content suppliers and is protected under Malaysian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Ad creatives, copy, and campaign assets we produce for you as part of a service engagement become your property upon full payment of fees, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our website or services to:
- Violate any applicable Malaysian or international law or regulation.
- Transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or harmful code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ accounts.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organisation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from our marketing services — advertising outcomes depend on many external factors outside our control, including platform algorithm changes, market conditions, and your business’s own variables.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, 5StepAds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific order or service engagement shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order or engagement.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
Our website may contain links to third-party sites (Meta, WhatsApp, Billplz, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of those sites. Links do not constitute an endorsement.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
